Inside, the kitchen, dining and living areas are arranged around a sheltered central courtyard. Expansive black framed openings connect the interior with the deck and outdoor entertaining areas, bringing natural light deep into the home and allowing the main living spaces to open comfortably to the outdoors.

A double height void and glass balustraded staircase create a strong connection between the two levels. Warm timber tones, clean white surfaces and restrained black detailing continue throughout the kitchen, bathrooms and private spaces. Alessandro remained closely involved during construction, coordinating the glazing, joinery and finishes so the same level of care carries through every part of the home.
