Two Storey Home, Denman Prospect

Set on an elevated block in Denman Prospect, this contemporary two storey home is shaped by strong geometry, expansive glazing and a confident neutral palette. Layered rendered forms and deep charcoal frames define the street elevation, while warm timber tones soften the exterior and give the home a welcoming character.

The interior is organised around a sheltered courtyard and deck, with large black framed openings allowing the adjoining rooms to draw in natural light and connect easily with the outdoors. A timber lined rooflight brings daylight from above, while elevated views across the surrounding area remain part of the experience from the living spaces and bedrooms.

Rich timber flooring, textured stone look finishes and restrained black detailing bring warmth and continuity to the interior. The bathrooms carry the same approach through timber toned vanities, vessel basins, a freestanding bath and matte black fittings. From the roofline and glazing to the courtyard and internal finishes, Alessandro remained closely involved throughout construction to keep every element consistent.
